The Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite TESS will search for exoplanets orbiting around the brightest stars in our galaxy.
Dr. George Ricker is the TESS Principal Investigator and is currently Director of the CCD Laboratory in the MIT Kavli Institute for Astrophysics and Space Research.
